Outlook Routing Wizard and Unity

I have a customer that has many routing wizard rules in outlook. Is there any unique content in a Unity voice
(THAT IS A INTERNALLY CREATED MESSAGE)(i.e. doesn't have
a subject line that includes "unity" in it)
that I can based a routing decision on in the wizard.

Re: Outlook Routing Wizard and Unity

first, be aware that if you move a message out of the inbox, Unity will not be able to find it. This causes all kinds of problems with MWIs and notifications and access to messages over the telephone.

that said, you can use the message class (IPM.Note.Voice.Unity) for rules that allow this... if you're doing client side rules that don't expose the message class you can use the registrered form (i.e. the VMO form assuming it's installed). I've done this on some client side rules in the field before.
