Every time a user retrieves mail and there is a voicemail waiting on his phone, the message comes in to Outlook, but at the same time it disappears from the phone... ie the MWI goes out and message retrieval from the phone says there are no messages. It used to be accessible from both, until deleted from either the phone or Outlook. Have we missed a setting somewhere? Or....<br><br>
How do you have Outlook configured? Are you using POP3? Sounds like you are downloading the messages rather than storing them on the Exchange server. Unity can only get to a mail message if it is still in the mailbox.

Also, make sure you don't have any inbox rules that are moving messages out of your inbox into a folder. I see this from time to time. Even if the folder is forced to be stored on the server, Unity still wont see it. We're hard wired to look at the inbox folder on the server only for messages.
