I have a client that says that even when he views a voicmail in outlook it never turns to "read" state. The client is running 188.8.131.52 with exchange server 5.5. The client is using the same version of viewmail.<br><br>
I'm pretty sure the message is changing to a read status, however the icon doesn't change like, say, the email icons do when they change to a read status... they switch from a closed to an open envelope. Voic email messages show the same icon for both read and unread states. The text will switch from bold to plain text, however.
I'm betting they're looking at that icon and assuming the message is not changing states.
