i was curious if anyone could explain the output i received from the show csm voice command in a 5300 that is receiving voip traffic and in turn pushing it to the pstn. from my understanding all dsp's in a voip scenario should have the tdm_chnl = TDM_DSP_STREAM. but i am getting an output that says tdm_chnl=TDM_MODEM_STREAM and then connection_fail_reason=CSM_CAUSE_UNEXPECTED_ON_HOOK. it would appear that the dsp's will show up randomly as TDM_MODEM_STREAM each time you do a show csm voice. is there anyone that has run across this before or does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong. i have another 5300 at a different site setup the same way and it does not have this problem. i am running IOS version 12.2(2)XB5, VCware version 9.19, and DSPware version 3.6.15L. Thanks in advance for any help.
