Outside caller can not leave message more than 15 sec.

I have unity 3.1. When outsider calls in and leave the message,they can't leave the message more than 15 sec. After that Unity ask to send the Message.I checked the subscriber template and COS page. Also message setings under subscriber and COS . By deafult it is 300 sec,but it cuts out after 15 sec. Any help will be appreciated.

If you're running the keyless demo (i.e. you don't have a snappy putty colored dongle on your parallel or USB port) then the 15 second limit is enforced. This is to ensure that demo (i.e. unpaid for) Unity servers are not used in production enviornement. It's intended only for testing and demo purposes, not live customer environements. You'll have to get a key if you want to remove that restriction.

If you have a key and you're still being cut off, another issue is at play.

Thanks for the information. Yes it is keyless demo version. I thought it is problem with unity. Thanks again.
