Outside Callers Getting Ring Back After Hanging Up

Some outside callers are getting ring back after hanging up. They go through auto-attendant and then access their VM, etc.. After hanging up the system calls them back. The callers this happens from have caller ID boxes at their location as well as caller ID. HELP!!

I can't think of why this would happen but certainly some checks would need to be made to the configuration on your system, and looking at some trace files. I would suggest that you open a case with TAC.
