When I login to PA, I have heard the wellcome prompt and I reply Voice mail. Then the system is asking what is the pin. I keyin the pin and the system keep on silent all the time and no reply from then.
I verified from the PA server messaging manual and can access the mailbox of the PA user. Pls adv how can we check what is the problem inside.
Also, regarding to the speech recognition server, how can we train it up about the pronounication of the words? where is the location of the words store?
