PA installation

First of all, I have got the installation error " connected to CallManager successfully but cannot find the database...." Then I follow the FAQ document and create the ODBC component in the machine. After that I got another error message " cannot connect to Call Manager..." It is really interesting since I can ping successfully to CCM by hostname and IP address. Pls adv.

Did you add the ODBC link using the following procedure. If not you may want to try it. This is part of the Release notes.
