PA Speech Server Failure

Hi, I've installed PA and the Speech Server fails on startup. I see the following message in the log...C;\Program files\Cisco systems\Pers Assist\Speech\grammar\static\en_US_PA is not a package

cannot read 'models.configuration'

iniaitlization (sic) failure: failure creating nuance config object.

What am I doing wring?

I've installed from scratch twice using UK and US.

This is due to the invalid characters included in the user name

Invalid characters must have been keeping the speech services from starting on PA.
