PA1.3(4) with Unity 4.0.2

Hi,

I have tried to call PA pilot number, the system will say" please wait and will transfer you to operator" all the time. I cannot get access to Unity system. Please help:

Here is the further info for your reference:

1) Speech server is always down even after restart.

2) what is the steps I can confirm the PA can talk with Unity already. Currently, I am using DC from CCM. Should I need to use AD instead?
