I need to be able to page through the IP Phone. I found an article on CME but can Call Manager do this? I'm on CM 4.0(2a)sr2b.

CallManager does not support this functionality natively. There are 3rd party applications which can do this like Berbee's InformaCast. See the link below.

Berbee spun Informacast and related software off to a seperate company: SingleWire.
I would recommend SA-Announce from SynApps though. It's night and day better.
