Can broadcast paging be done using IP PHONES? I see a few links on Paging through FXS..

Using CallManager 3.2, Intercom is supposed to be supported. I think this will be out by end of year.

I am using a device from Valcom (www.valcom.com) for paging on my system. The device is an Expandable Station Level Page Adapter V-9940. You just need to set up an analog extension using FXS that is connected to the V-9940 and from that to your paging amplifier or speaker system. Also Valcom is coming out with a IP overhead paging device. All else fails good old valcom multi zone unit and a FXS card in a router.
