Park feature with CTIOS agent and IPCC 4.6.2

We have CallManager 3.12 and IPCC 4.6.2. When a user running the CTIOS agent uses the PARK feature on the physical phone the user the CTIOS agent remains in the HOLD position on the screen and the only way to release it is to reset the physical phone.
