Can I confirm:-

H.323 DOES support partial E1s

MGCP DOES support partial E1s

SCCP does not support partial E1s (as in 6608)

CCM does not support partial T1/E1 PRI with MGCP. You can configure this with H.323 since the GW is controlling the ports instead of CCM.

FYI - The 6608 is an MGCP GW not a SCCP GW.
