Partitions and CSS for VM

I have 80 plus sites and all of the locations needs voice mails. I have partitions for each site of about 18 characters, which comes to 18*80=1440, which is definitely beyond the upper limit of the recommendation. There is only one CSS, which needs to have all the partitions that is VM CSS. If I add all the partitions to the CSS then my CSS will be overwhelmed. Is there any solution for this, I am kind of stuck out here. Will CSS links work here using Translation Patterns? CCM is 3.3 and Unity 4.03

You will either need to shorten the name of the partition( which involves renaming the partitions) or consolidate some of your partitions so that the entire length of the partition will be less than 512 characters(512 is the recommended length).
