Passing CED from CTITest

I am attempting to exercise our app in a simulated environment using the CTITest and CTISim tools from Cisco. I need to populate and send CED with my MAKE_CALL request. Although the documentation claims this should work, I receive "Invalid make_call option 'CED'" when I attempt it. Any ideas?
