Passing Main DID to Unity Opening Greeting

Customers call the number 909-555-7806 to reach our Main Office.

4 digits are passed from Telco (7806)

I would like to have the callers hear Opening Greeting (from Unity)

What steps are needed to make this work..

Create a translation pattern for 7806 and set the Called Party Transformation mask to the Pilot number of Unity.

Hi Waseem,

you need to perform following steps :

1) create translation pattern --- >map it to CTI route point

2) on CTI route point ---> Set forward all to voice mail

3) In unity create a Rule DIRECT or FORWARD based on that call and send it to particular OPening Greeting...
