I am attempting to "paste" an audio file into a custom call handler's greeting. Upon attemtping to do this I receive the error:<br>"Unable to paste Audio"<br><br>I am able to use any "unity supplied" wav file so I have narrowed it down to that there is something wrong with my wav file. I can not find anywhere on the Cisco web site where it evens mention the requirements or problems with using a custom audio wav file. <br><br>Chad Gray<br><br>

It's probably recorded in a codec the media master doesn't recognize. Can you tell us what codec the WAV file was recorded in?

I have it in GSM 6.10 Codec. I used W2K sound recorder to convert it to this codec

Are you trying to paste this onto the end of an existing greeting or just load it in it's entirety? I'm able to paste in complete greetings using the media master on the SA in 6.10 format on my home system here no problem (I recorded with CoolEdit). Can you send me a WAV file you're trying to use to my Cisco email address so I can compare?
