PBX integration with IP network for trunk carrier

Dear All,

I need to connect Legacy PBX present at different locations through IP network.

What Device will require for call setup management in the IP network for call managing and call handling for the call generated from one phone connected to one PBX destinated to phone connected to other PBX.

That will all depend on what your Legacy PBX is. Ca you give the make and model info? Off the top of my head you will need either an FXS or an FXO card and possible a router/gateway as well but we need more information to give you a definite answer.

Thanks for the reply. The PBX is Nortel make.

Is only voice supported router with FXS interface is sufficient to do so or call manager or any other third device will required.
