PBX interoperability Question

Hi

I want to use the Cisco GateKeeper function on a few 3640's and create multiple zones. But I'm not sure if the GateKeeper will interoperate with the customers Difinity PBX that's utilizing IP Trunks (h.323v2)?

Also, should I use a seperate Cisco router as the Gatekeeper or can I use the existing routers which are utilizing about 35% peak CPU processing.

My goal is to provide approx. 20 simultaneous calls.
