PBX ringing

We have alcatel pbx and 5300 router with e1/pra.

Router is connected logically to Callmanager with h323.

If i dial to pbx phone and imediatelly after i hear ringing tone end call on ip phone then it is still ringing on pbx phone. After 3 rings it does not ring on pbx phone and it seems to be ok.

I tired to set up t305 on CCM, but did not help.

Did anybody have similar problem? Can yo share your opinion?

I have to admit that your description of the problem is a bit confusing, at least to me. Maybe i can lead you on what could help me better understand the problem by telling you what i understand so far:

-you have a phone A connected to an Alcatel PBX.

-The Alcatel PBX is connected to an AS5300

-a CCM comunicates with the AS5300 using H323 signaling.

What i am confused about is the following:

-Are all these devices (CCM, AS5300, PBX)at the same location

-Is the AS5300 a PSTN gateway also, or is it just connected to the PBX (over PRI)one one leg, and to the CCM (over IP)on the other leg?

all devices are at the same location. 5300 is not a pstn gateway, it is just connected to pbx.

turn on debug isdn q931

make a call from the ip phone to the Alcatel, when you hang up see if you get the TX -> disconnect messages through on the AS5300, if you do and the alcatel phone keeps ringing then it is at fault.

I'm guessing that you have the AS5300 setup to emulate network to the Alcatel! If so then the PBX should follow what it's instructed over the ISDN, if it doesn't then call the maintainer.

We resolved it with new gateway ios upgrade 12.2(15)T5
