I have a 3700 series router that is processing phone calls into VoIP via 2 T1/PRI cards. The router has an ISDN card in it to convert the TDM to packets. When one of the T1s is shutdown, the router takes 5 - 8 minutes to determine that the trunks assigned to that T1 are unavailable, and use the other T1. Is there a way to speed up this process, and is the "isdn negotiate-bchan cause-codes" applicable here?
