PCA not working in 4.01 - Will the fix stop Unity services?

I have the article containing the fix for the PCA install issues. I am going to run the fix, but wanted to know if this is something that could be done during the day, or will it stop Unity services or require a reboot? Thanks Again.

Which article are you looking at?

FORUM/TOPIC: Voice and Video/Unified Communications CONVERSATION TITLE: Solution to PCA links not working in 4.0(1)

Just for future reference, you _can_ just post the hyperlink directly to the post instead of just the title of the conversation - makes things a bit easier.

No, those instructions there don't require a restart of Unity itself.

There's a nicer field alert notice for this issue now, by the way:

Thanks. I ran they fix and it did not work at first. I noticed that web/aa and /activeassistant redirect to the new directory /ciscopca. Unity did not create a /ciscopca virtual directory in the new 4.01 setup. I noticed that all the files seemed to be under we/aa so instead of redirecting it, I just selected that to be the directory and it seems to work just fine under http://unity/web/aa with no redirection now. Any idea why that was not created? Am I missing something? Thanks for the help, but if you have anymore light to shed I certainly would appreciate it.
