Peer recipients

I have a Unity 2.4.6 with unified messaging. Install was going great until I learned the customer has a peer recipient container. I read on a previous post that there is a registry hack to allow for peer containers but it did not state what that hack was. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am in a real bind. <br><br>
