Perflib Errors

I can't seem to get rid of these perlib errors on my subscriber. I think it might have something to do with placing the WWW service on "manual", since you don't need it on the subscriber unless the publisher has failed.

I have deleted the "collect" key for the service in the registry, but it seems to come back and I continue to get these errors. Can anyone help me on this?

Here's the error:

Event Type: Error

Thanks!
