Performance problem with Attendant Console

I have a performance problem with an Attendant Console.

The AC is activated always.

After a few days the performance of the PC where the AC is installed gets a performance problem, once a call comes in.

The mouse pointer and the other applications react very slowly, it is not possible to work anymore.

It is necessary to close and reopen the AC that everything works properly again.

The used versions are:

Attendant Console 1.2(1 ES2)

CallManager 3.3(3)

Does anybody know this problem?

Hi!

Do you have this PC dedicated to AC application or using other applications?

I would try a clean boot to see if that makes difference.

I would request the latest ES for AC to TAC although I dont remember any DDTS for that CCM|AC version.

Thanks for your advices!

You think this is primary a problem of the PC where the AC is installed or may the AC application itself.

Could this be a problem with connection to CallManager also?
