Permissions Error on replication

Unity VM 4.0.3 with Primary and Failover Server, separate Exchange Server.

Having logged error 0x80070005 (permisions error) in the Appication Log on replication from Primary to Failover Server of the the Directories: Prompts, DefaultConfiuration etc. Sharing Permisions are:

UnityMsgStoreSvc Allow Full/Change/Read

Secutiy is:

Everyone Full Controll - Allow all ticked

Any thoughts?
