personal address book, delete key not working.

i have configured personal address book service. ip phone is able to get the personal address book info from DC directory. i can create new entries from the ip phones as well. but the deletekey does not working properly.

I choose a entry to delete by choosing: select->edit->delete, it shows me message "the existing entry has been successfully deleted. but when i click ok, the record is still there.

What am missing?

The entries on the personal address book can not be deleted from the cisco IP pone 7960 and the only workaround is to delete them from the web admin interface (under http:///ccmuser )

CSCdv79972 : Cannot delete Personal address book entry from IP phone

This will be resolved in later 3.2 version of CM. For now use the workaround.
