Personal Address book on ip phone doesn't work

Hi, everybody

On our ip phones we can't get to work the personal address book. It displays an error: -1 [Internal error] Unknown user.

PAB Error Message

Why is it not working ?

Is it necessary for the user log on to the phone?

We didn't implemented this.

We just went to the user page and configured the personal address book and then went to phone page and subscribed the service related (personal address book)

When you subscribed did you add the relevant username/pin number to the additional paramters?
