Personal Address Book - User unable to be validated

When accessing the PAB from the telephone the following error is returned:

Error: -ffbffe0: User (cgoins) was unable to be validated.

When accessing the PAB from the CCMUsers interface the following error is returned:

Error While Loading Page

User (cgoins) was unable to be validated. (-2147221472)

We have configured the PAB service in CallManager and have subscribed this

user "cgoins" to this service.

TAC reffered me to bug id:CSCdv89319 and CSCdv69539... these bugs are dead ends.

This will be resolved in a later version of CM. The accurate bug ID is CSCdw89283 (duplicated in CSCdx08051). The workaround is listed under this bug.

As per the error message, it would appear that there is incorrect password problem. But, its an issue with the version of TABSync (1.0(0.13) being used. This version of TabSync is the default plugin available with CCM 3.1(3a).

Workaround : TabSync version 1.0.0.9 synchronizes successfully. This is the default version available as plugin on the CCM3.1(2c).
