Having an issue with PA being able to access the Unity Mailbox. I have redone all steps in the troubleshooting PA documentation. the log files are still indicating the following:

"Create profile failed because 8007005" and "Open Message Store Failed 8004011d".

I doubt if that documentation of Unity integration is appropriate. Had the same issue with 1.45 and had to map a MAPI profile for exchange in the PA server and it started working. This assumes you have followed already all the steps specified in documentation.
