Personal Assistant can't transfer because extension is invalid
I'm having a problem with PA transferring to extensions. I call PA, say a name, PA looks it up in DC directory, then says "sorry I can't transfer the because the extension 4000 is invalid. This extension is the extension of the user I'm trying to call. I can call this extension from one IP phone to another. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does anybody have any suggestions?
