Personal Assistant jtapi location in Active Directory

PA uses a jtapi logon in the Telephony section, this user is created in Callmanager and associated the with certain controlled devices. In a AD ldap structure, all users are pointed to a certain OU, which contains all users, including the jtapi user. My customer wants login users, like jtapi, to be in the services OU, not the users OU.If i move it, ldap can no longer find it because it only looks in the users OU.How can i accomplish this?

I Guess it will not work like the one which u r setting up. LDAP will only look for users OU.
