Two questions
Is Personal Assistant supported on the ICS7750?
Can I run Personal Assistant on a Subscriber (or Publisher) CallManager SPE, or do I need a separate SPE?

Personal Assistant is not a supported application to run on one of the SPE on ICS 7750.
You will need a standalone server for PA support. PA also can not be coresident with subscriber/publisher.
