Our Personal Assistant 1.2.3 won't look up entries in user's personal address book. This is a new installation, this feature hasn't worked yet. This is true for all users. The message I get when I ask to call a person by name is: "Extension 012, is this correct?" The problem is is that the number I'm trying to dial is a nanp number, like 555-1212. The extension PA asks about never contains a pattern found in the phone number I'm trying to dial. Here is a debug of this event.
In the debug you'll see where it has "found" a user associated with extension 012. The line is PA-PASpeech-6-INFO:4001: Extension: 012 (48)
One weird thing is that it says the personal address book doesn't exist. Could be a source of the problem... I'm not sure if I believe that debug message. (Obviously I have a personal address book set up for each PA user.)

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
