Hi,
When installing PA, and trying to authenticate with CCM. I am getting the following error
"Connected Successfully using the information supplied, but could not find a Cisco CallManager database on the server. Please check the information and retry"
I can ping the CCM from the server I am installing Personal Assitant and vice versa.
The CCM database is running on the CCM. The phone system is operational
Any ideas...Thank you

Make sure to use the sa account and not administrator when setting up the permissions on step 6
