I am experiencing a problem with Personal Assistant were the PA managed users phones will suddenly be busy. To remedy the problem you can go back to the PA user and re-associate the device to the user. Obviously this is quite annoying for the users of PA which just happen to be the executives. Any ideas???

PA does not use the device associations configured from the global directory. It uses the Telephone Number field from the Directory to find the user. If the user does not have the Telephone Number field populated with their DN then PA will not be able to route calls for the user.

Please provide more details regarding the phone being busy, if rules are setup at that time, what does the caller experience (normal busy or fast busy), etc.
