Phone Registration in CM is inaccurate

I have two CM servers with almost 100 phones. The phones are all registered and functional with the subscriber - yet when i find all phones in the CM devices page, they all show as either unregistered or not found. The Real-Time Monitoring tool shows them accurately as does the Perf Mon tools. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

By the way, the CM is running 3.3(3) with sr2. It has all the latest OS patches.

Hi Duane,

Go to Service Activation web page, and make sure that the subscriber where the phones are registered has the RIS service activated and running. This is required in order for the CCMAdmin page to accurately reflect the status of devices through the web interface.
