In Call Manager versions prior to 3.0.11 the phone would ring when a call came into a second line. After upgrading 3.1.1 there is an indicator but the phone doesn't ring. Is this in the phone load or a parameter of Call Manager? Can this behavior be changed so the phone rings?
The phone should never ring if another call is active. I know there are a lot of folks that have been asking for that capability, but as far as I remember it has always been that way.
