When a call comes to an IP Phone and the DN has no CFNA set, the phone should keep ringing, until the caller hangs up. I guess its right?
Does the phone ring die after sometime, is there any timer affecting this?
How long should this keep ringing?

I don't think it will ring forever. I am a little rusty on this subject but I think it is the t310 timer in service -> service parameters that determines how long the phone will ring before we hang up the call.
