This does help.

Now I am getting a error message that says:

Error: -1: [Internal Error]

User's PIN not specified

I'm getting this on both fast dial service and address book. I get this message when I press the services button then try to search for an entry in the address book. This user does have a PIN and password assigned. I have also made sure the PIN was correct in the service.

Chris,

The User ID and PIN should be set when you subscribe a phone to the service, not in the setup for the service itself. The parameters get setup when you configure the service, but the values for a particular user are entered at the time you subscribe to the service. The link in my previous post gives the exact parameters that need to be setup for the service and shows the process for entering the values specific to a user.
