Phone services - unable to search by extension

Hi! I'm just getting familiar with AVVID, and I have the following problem...

Sometime after an upgrade of the CCM, users noticed that they could no longer search by extension from their phones. It just displays "redefine search criteria". Searching by name works just fine.

Any hints?

After the CCM upgrade it should be rebooted for the subscriber database to get synchronized within the call manager clusters. May be you can try this.
