We have a TAPI app on CallManager (CCM) that dials the Cisco IP phone from our Notes address book. We are adapting it for use on CM Express (CME - the router based CM). Our code first looks up the selected phone number in the CM directory in case it is an office number so we can place the call as a 4-digit internal call instead of going out the door to the PSTN and back in. For CCM we used the same (XML) code that the 7940 phone uses when it does a search via the Directory Search feature accessed thru the button on the phone. But we can't find the similar code that the 7940 uses on the CallManager Express (CME). The code used by CCM does not work on CME. The URL for directory on CME is the IP address/localdirectory - that is revealed by looking at Configuration. But we just can't get there ourselves. Can someone point us to the code used within CME to present the Search criteria to the CME localdirectory within the router and the format the data is returned? TKS

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
