I have a site with 120 phones. Mostley 7910's with a few 7940's and 7960's. All are connected to CAT3524XL switches with inline power. IOS on the switches is 12.0(5)WC14.
ISSUE: I have a few phones that regularly lose their registration status with the CCM. Their setup information comes via DHCP and is always correct. Some days they work fine, other days they just sit there spinning trying to register. Rebooting the phone doesn't do anything, either by unplugging the phone or setting "inline power never" at the port. Moving the phones connection to a different port in the switch seems to get it back for a few days. Restarting the switch entirely will fix it for a few days also, however, this interrupts 20+ other phones.
