I am running CM 3.0.8 with Unity 2.4.6b102. My CM organization is setup with multiple device pools, regions, locations, etc.

We have recently added Unity to our network and its great.

Here's my problem, though: Only phones that exist in the same device pool as the uOne ports can access voicemail. The ports are setup in the default device pool. I think I have it narrowed down to the region settings

Any help with what could be causing this?

Thanks,
Tom Parker

It's likely that the Device Pools of the phones that cannot call Unity specify a Region that is using a codec that Unity cannot support. By default, Unity is set up to accept g711 calls. It can accept g279 calls in addition to g711, but it needs to be set up.
For information on Unity's g711 usage, see this post...
