I am running Call Manager Express, Software Version: 12.3(14)T3 / CME 3.3. I have 3 lines on my receptionist phone 1) Operator Line 2) Receptionist Personal Voicemail line & 3) which is an overlay
When I place a call on hold, my phone rings constant with no Caller ID information, and when you answer the call it's silent air. You must resume the call on hold to stop the ringing.
First, I thought it was an alert, but I have no options as described in other articles to see if this is enabled or disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
