Phones show missed calls on shared lines

is there any way to make the phones show only the call missed on the first line, or main line on the phone?

To my knowledge this is still not an option on the IP Phones. In some of the phones latest firmwares they do have improved call history management. Before these enhancements your Missed, Received and Placed calls where at a phone level with no knowledge of a per-line distinction. This new feature gives you a detail softkey so you can determine the line it was for in the history.

Here is the release notes for 7961/41 phones that explains this. Also check out the release notes of any other phones you have to see if the feature exists. At this point this is the best you're gonna get.
