Pickup call issue

On CallManager, users are unable to pickup the call using the default template in the CallManager. Configuring the Speed1 button to be the call pick up button on the 7910 phone. Its initial deployment were working properly but now suddenly the pickup button is not working. What could have happened?

This is a known issue. The Bug ID is CSCdz36969.

Problem

Users are unable to pickup calls after some period of time.

Conditions

The call pickup fuction works for some time and then it stops working

for no reason.

Workaround

Create a new Pickup group. However, this pickup group will fail after some time.
