Pickup - Limit of members

Hi all,

Call Pickup is not working anymore.

What could be a possible cause for this issue?

Is there a limit of members in a pickup group?

Hi,

There are a few known bugs with call pickup, where it stops working for no apparent reason. I haven't seen any solid resolution as yet, only workarounds.

If you are sure that nothing has changed, then there are a few workarounds that have worked for me:

1) Assign the phones to no pickup group, update, then reassign the phones back to the pickup group.

or

2) Create a new pickup group and assign the phones to it.

What version of CM do you have?

Does it fail when setting up the mettme or when others try to dial in?

Probably will need to look at traces for this issue.

Hi:

I have a ccm 3.1.2 and i have the same problem i did yet the solution but it didnt work

It is a system bug for those versions on or before 3.1(3a), you can upgrade the CCM to 3.1(4a) and the bug will be fixed.

Is there any informations for users with ccm 3.2(2c)?

As far as i'm aware, there are call pickup issues of some kind with all versions of CM. Ver 3.3.3 has fixed some more pickup issues, but i don't know if that'll be the last.
