Hi,
I have the following situation, If Phone A is in a Call with Phone B, Phone C is ringing and Phone A put B on Hold. If Phone A press GPickup to capture call on Phone C, it does not work. Anyone knows if it is by design?.
thanks

It is most definitely not by design. Will get a clear picture only if I have a look at the config and also nned details like CME version, IP phone series, load etc..
